  We also want to warn our readers that the translations into English we do, are made by comrades whose knowledge of this language is very relative. Thus, besides the lack of easiness for the reading, our English texts can present some mistakes and confusions which aren't political but "technical". Since its creation in october 2001, our fraction is fighting against the degeneration of the ICC. While we remained inside the organization, our bulletin was the only form we could express our point of view and an essential weapon against the "liquidationist" politics carried on today. This is the reason why the first eight issues of this bulletin were only addressed to the ICC militants. Unfortunately the internal situation of our organization is strongly and rapidly becoming worse, outcoming as a special result to the exclusion of all of us in the 2002 spring. Then, since the ninth issue, our fraction has decided to interpellate the whole political proletarian milieu and to open to it the pages of this bulletin. We understand that the crisis that today is seriously striking the ICC is a crisis that is affecting the whole proletarian camp. It must concern all the groups and individuals that claim themselves belonging to this camp, specially those who claim the Left Communist heritage. Its duty, in front of its class, is to fight to stop this crisis, but also to push for the strenghtening and regrouping of all of us. That is the aim of our bulletin. So, we are calling everyone to take part in our action writing :

• To take position about any debate (these positions could be included in a next issue).
• To support our fight.
